Is the app available in my country?

1 min readUpdated Aug 8, 2026

There is no country blocklist at sign-up. Opening the bot creates your wallet regardless of where you are — no region is rejected, and nothing about your country decides whether the app lets you in.

That’s the honest short answer. A few things are worth knowing beyond it.

Country comes up during verification

If you go through identity verification, the basic information step asks for your country of residence as a two-letter code. That’s used by the verification process itself — it isn’t a gate on the wallet, and entering it doesn’t switch anything on or off.

Verification is optional. If you never verify, you’re never asked for a country.

Some things depend on verification, not geography

A handful of features are gated on verified identity rather than on where you are — merchant tools, for example. Those apply the same way everywhere. See what verification is and when you need it.

Regulatory requirements still apply

Not being geo-blocked doesn’t mean anything goes:

  • Every withdrawal destination and every incoming deposit is screened against sanctions and high-risk databases. Sanctioned addresses are rejected regardless of your country.
  • Accounts can be restricted due to regulatory requirements. See why outgoing transactions are restricted.

Your jurisdiction’s laws are your responsibility

Whether you may legally hold or move crypto, and what you owe in tax on it, is decided by the law where you live — not by whether the app opens. The app can’t advise you on that, and its availability isn’t a statement that using it is lawful for you.
