Is the app available in my country?

You don’t choose a country when opening the wallet. You start through Telegram, without submitting identity documents. This does not guarantee that every feature or transaction is available in every country.

Country of residence and verification

During identity verification, you provide your country of residence in the basic information step. The form uses a two-letter country code.

Verification is not required just to open the wallet. It may be needed for certain features, such as merchant tools, or to review an account restriction. The app shows the steps required in your case.

Transaction screening and restrictions

Withdrawal destinations and deposit sources undergo sanctions and risk screening. A withdrawal may be rejected, while a deposit or access to funds may be held for review. An incoming blockchain transaction cannot simply be canceled because screening found a problem.

Restrictions can also depend on applicable legal requirements, including requirements in your country. Opening the app or completing verification does not guarantee that every restriction will be lifted. See why outgoing transactions are restricted.

If you can’t connect

Telegram and the wallet need an internet connection. Local network restrictions or a service outage can affect access even when your account is not restricted. If the app opens but an action is rejected, read the message shown and contact support through the official channel.
